Here's what makes our show a success: The Madison Hotel is a uniquely pretty as well as very accessible venue making it a haven for any potential bride! The Swindon Wedding Show will be your chance to show and sell your product, services, etc... to the many bridal customers who will be attending the show. This is one show that all the brides (as well as exhibiting companies) know they can count on as a first class affair that will offer them anything and everything they need to plan the wedding of their dreams. If you are serious about your bridal business, then don't miss THE SWINDON WEDDING SHOW! Benefits To Your Business Exhibitors will be able to sell directly to the public at the show. You are welcome to bring products for immediate sales, sign contracts, accept deposits, etc. just as you would in your own shop. The show is an excellent opportunity to network with fellow bridal businesses. The show is set in an established professional atmosphere. A complete list of all brides who registered will be available to exhibitors. Within two weeks of the show a walk in list will be sent. The list is correlated by wedding date, and includes names, addresses and phone numbers. The show is an opportunity to feature your business in one central lacation on an equal basis with your competitors. Pre-Show Promotion The Swindon Wedding Show will conduct a five part pre-Show promotion. A Direct Mail Promotion will begin 30 days prior to each Show. Advertising usually includes Newspapers, point of purchase displays, Website, and several special campaigns Inc Google Limited Merchant Participation How many shows have you been at where there were 35 photographers, 15 caterers, 18 bridal salons, and 20-30 Bride Companies? Brides come away confused from the show, and exhibitors don't generate their sales potential due to too many similar exhibits. The Swindon Wedding Show has a very strict percentage on categories of merchants. That means that we will not have more than 5 merchants in any specific category. Post-Show Mailing List After the show, each merchant will receive a complete listing of the brides who attended the show, including her name, address, telephone number and date of wedding. The Post-Show Mailing List is FREE to every merchant who participates in the show.
